The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is less than 45 days away! If you’re not running on October 11th, you can still join the race weekend excitement by volunteering with Fleet Feet at Aid Station 08.

Take pride as a member of an exclusive volunteer team that keeps participants hydrated and motivated throughout every step of their 26.2-mile journey. Aid Station volunteers assist in the setup and distribution of Gatorade, water, and other essentials on your assigned side of the course.

Trail Mix Off-Road Duathlon returns to Rockford, Illinois, on October 4, 2026, at the Atwood Park trail system. The event features a challenging run-bike-run course through the area's scenic singletrack, offering both a full duathlon and a shorter Half Mix option. Not a duathlete? Trail Mix also offers a team relay option along with 10- and 20-mile mountain bike races, making the event a great fit for both runners and riders. New for 2026, participants can compete for Fastest Lap prizes on both the run and bike portions. 100% of event proceeds support trail building and improvements at Rock Cut State Park and Atwood Park, helping create and maintain great trails for the local outdoor community.

It is a day to honor and reflect on all that was lost, but also an opportunity to recognize the heroes who continue to serve us every day. These are the firefighters who run into burning buildings, the law enforcement officers who move toward the sound of gunfire, and the men and women who willingly put their lives at risk in service to our nation, our cities, and our communities. We want to celebrate the courage, commitment, and selflessness that continue to strengthen our country today. Please join us.

POV: How we feel about our popup at Colectivo Coffee with adidas Running 🎉

What happens when 2 local businesses collab to bring something fun to the running community? 5 weeks of weekly fun runs, supported long runs, and events in the lead up to race day.

Our Fleet Feet Lakeview Monday night runs will be hosted out of the popup space in the Southport Colectivo Cafe now through October 5th, and each week we’ll have different shoes from adidas to put to the test. We’ll also snack on Colectivo’s granola line post run to refuel, and refresh with their hydrating coconut coolers.
