When I created DOTS RECYCLING my motto was adopted from something my dad always said: This'll come in handy some day! Inspired by the patina of old jeans, I started creating original one-of-a-kind purses, bags and backpacks. Knitting & crocheting have been my favorite ways to keep my hands busy, so I was inspired by the idea of "plarn" -- yarn made of recycled plastic bags. Cloth & yarn aren't the only inspiration: what about cardboard? You name it -- I'll recycle it!
