For anyone looking for more ways to support , the Mykoliav Zoo which has been closed since February 25th is in need of help to continue feeding the animals. Animal care employees have been working to care for the animals in dangerous conditions (under martial law and with shells hitting the zoo (March 11-12)). Top-left nav button translates the ticket site to English, and 1000 UAH is about $34 USD. I just bought 10 tickets for $34.18, and hope to be able to actually visit in person someday.

Ukrainian zoos have found themselves in a difficult position during the war. Each institution’s management is looking for ways to overcome the crisis.
