So here in Chicago we had one quick peek at Spring, and then came the freezing rain. Oh well, it’s always Spring in my mind when I’m enjoying my milk glass. Maybe the ground hog will be right this year? If not change your mindset and think warm thoughts with whatever it is that you love or collect.

Found this pretty milk glass vase and ottoman while vintage shopping today, bought the vase but passed on the latter. Wish I had room for it. Hope it gets picked up by someone who will really appreciate it.

Haven’t posted in a while (I’m trying to get better with my social media). But I wanted to share a cool place I went today. I’ve been looking for some reclaimed wood for a kitchen project we will be starting soon and wanted to make sure it would pair nicely with my milk glass collection. I really enjoyed meeting Tyler from Chicago Fabrications (celebrating 5 year’s in business today). He helped me find exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ll be sure to post pictures of the finished product.
