Soooo.... My baby and I are AWARD WINNING AUTHORS 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️.
Last night, Camren and I received a 1st place award in the Children’s Book division at the APS Awards Gala.
I’m so grateful that Camren can have these experiences ❤️

Can y’all tell I was into it??
I have to be honest... when the event started, for the first time, a rush of nervousness came over me and I begin to draw a blank when I was speaking 😳 to make matters worse, the words on my paper seemed smaller and I had to focus my eyes on what I was reading 🧐😒 (this has never happened guys 😕)
Then with a short pause and quick prayer in my head, God whispered “you got this” 🙌🏾💪🏾 (yeah, he talks to me like that 🤷🏽‍♀️)...
And I got my mo-jo back 😩😂. Right up there running my mouth, laughing, and in my comfort zone 🙏🏾.

I’m at the age where I am more grateful for life... I’m grateful that my mom is still in the land of the living and healthy!!🧓🏽 (she will kill me if she saw that emoji 😂)
I’m grateful that I was able to experience pregnancy not once, but twice and because of that I have two healthy happy sons 👦🏽
I’m grateful that my businesses are well and thriving 🙌🏾.
I’m grateful that my relationship with God has and is growing by leaps and bounds and his LOVE for me is evident...🙏🏾

TOMORROW I TURN 41, I realize the authority that comes with reaching this milestone (so many don’t make it 😢 - I almost didn’t)
