CFC is recruiting for 2026.
Chicago fashion has talent, audiences, and momentum. Now we need more people who can turn that momentum into work that lasts.
We are looking for creatives, operators, producers, writers, designers, fundraisers, technologists, and community connectors to help build CFC’s next season.
That work happens everywhere: in the room, behind the camera, inside the timeline, across the spreadsheet, on the website, in the follow-up, and long after the lights come up.
Most roles require 5 to 10 hours per month, with heavier windows around major events. You can apply for more than one role.
