I was speaking with an acquaintance who is an executive for a multimillion dollar company in Chicago. As he reviewed my book "Can I Borrow Your Face?" I said in jest how I'm just trying to be like so-n-so (the CEO of his company). After seeing its glamorous models and reading some of the poetry he seemed very deep in thought. Finally he said, "No, your bigger than so-n-so. His influence is only local but yours is cultural and worldwide with the potential to inspire others and influence popular culture." He then handed a business card to me and said, "Contact this person and afterwards contact me."
