1 year ago today I started my fitness journey.

Starting weight: 227 lbs
Lowest weight: 179 lbs
Current weight: 196 lbs

Body fat went from 42% → 24%.

I’ve been eating about 90% clean and staying consistent with training. Like anyone on this path, I hit a plateau at one point. To help push through it, I used a GLP as a tool.

Some people might call that cheating… but for me it was motivation and something that helped keep me from falling back into old habits and becoming “Fat Vic” again.

Fast forward to today — I feel stronger, healthier, and mentally clearer than I have in over 15 years.

I’m sharing this not to brag, but to show what’s possible with consistency and clean eating. Change is possible! Your journey doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to continue. Thank you for taking your time to read my journey.
