Hello, FedEx Freight? I'm having a problem entering in a new account number on FedEx Ship Manager. It keeps giving me an error message. "Okay, can I get your name, name of your company, address and account number?" Sure. ###X ### ###X ###. "Okay. Thank you Sir. Sir, for this I'll need to connect you to our FedEx Freight Website Support Team, can you please hold on while I connect you?" Sure. (stupid piano music for 5 minutes).

"Hello, this is FedEx. Are you trying to make a shipment?" No, I'm having a problem entering in a new account number on FedEx Ship Manager. It keeps giving me an error message. "Okay, can I get your name, name of your company, address and account number?" Sure. ###X ### ###X ###. "Okay. Thank you Sir. Sir, for this I'll need to connect you to our FedEx Freight Technical Team, can you please hold on while I connect you?" Sure. (stupid piano music for 10 minutes).
"Hello, this is FedEx. Can I have your name?" Sure. It's Bill Wieber. "How can I help you?" I'm having a problem entering in a new account number on FedEx Ship Manager. It keeps giving me an error message. "Okay, can I get the name of your company, full address and account number?" Okay, but I just gave this to the last two reps I spoke with. "Yes, I'm sorry Sir, but every team is required to ask for that information." Fine. It's ###X ###X ###X ###. "Thank you Sir. Sir, for this I'll need to connect you to our FedEx Freight Technical Team, can you please hold on while I connect you?" Wait! The last rep said she was going to connect me to FedEx Freight Technical Support and she connected me to you! "I'm sorry Sir, but I'm with FedEx Ground. You'll need to speak to FedEx Freight. We're two separate companies." FINE!!! Just connect me!!! (stupid piano music for 10 minutes).

And she connected me to you! Are you NOT FedEx Tech Support? "No Sir, I'm with FedEx Customer Support. You need Tech Support. For this you'll need to speak to FedEx Freight." FINE!!! Just connect me!!! (stupid piano music for 15 minutes).
"Hello Sir, I'm sorry, but Tech Support is not answering. They're still on a call with another customer, but I can give you their phone number and you can call them."
YEAH...like that's really gonna happen!!!
