This one’s for all the naughty baes! Design your own harness or collar this month only for the low low. You can choose from styles I have already made or something totally new (just show me a reference). Limited to half harnesses only (upper body or lower body) but otherwise do your thing. I’m here for the studs, bright colors, textured hides… whatever you can dream of.

It’s been a long time, I shouldn’t have left you. Without some amazing earrings to turn heads this fall 👀

Black Orchids are here just in time for spooky season. They remind me of cookies and cream but that’s here nor there lol. These are a nice big statement piece for the nature girlies. More to come soon as I add more seasonal stuff. Staaay tuned!

La Vie En Rose earrings are now available in a sweet little patterned purple offering. I have a small amount of this particular material left and thought this would be a fun way to make a spring statement.

They’re pretty big, swipe right to see them on my big ass head for reference 😅

Hey guys this one is actually available for sale on my site (see bio). I am going to start adding things from here on out that are just one of one goodies that I make just because I am inspired to make them.

Custom and bespoke work is a pleasure to make but I realized that I spend a lot of time trying to satisfy a goal or seeing out someone else’s vision. So now there’s this huge back log of ideas I’ve had that I would like to share simply because I have some ideas too ya know 🧚🏿‍♂️

Anyway hope you all like this. Been a while since I made a F***y. Still down to make those custom beauties, and I have a few extra cool projects in the works. But in the meantime be on the look out for more ready made quick ship single units. Will be a fun way to use tiny remnants of exotic bold hides for a true work of art. Like this one, once it’s gone, it’s gone 🦄

✨Meet the Maker✨
Hi my name is Lauren and I’m the creator behind Honeymoon Leather.

It’s hard to say when HML really began because it just sort of happened. My ex husband is a brilliant leather worker who I had observed in his process for many years. Over time I would inquire about style choices like “why did you do it like this and not that?” and he would eventually (gently) say, if you have all these ideas you should start making things too. So, I did.

I wasn’t expecting to be good at it though. So it surprised me when I posted things and people wanted to buy them.

Eventually though I realized something was there. In January 2022 I grew past word of mouth and decided to start the website. Give it a name. Sign up for festivals. Quit the day job. Even wrote a bio that was way more “I’m from Ohio and like to garden” than this.

But in February one month into business my father (and best friend) passed. I still had orders, clients, inquiries, expectations… bills! So I buried myself in making things and just living day by day. I couldn’t worry about content, algorithms, daily posting or the other trifles first year small biz owners deal with.

So I’m catching up now. Starting with this incredibly transparent bio to explain why I may have seemed inconsistent at times. This is what happens when you engage artists and not corps.

I appreciate all of the support I did receive in the meantime. Shares, likes, loves, messages… orders (!) they all quite literally kept me going in ways some of y’all will never know. I’m here because you wouldn’t let me quit. I have so much love.

But yes, I am also a 36 year old Urban Farmer from Cincinnati, Ohio. Graduated from DAAP ironically not in fashion design lol. I have several dogs and love Animal Crossing and Three Six Mafia. If I’m not sewing or painting I’m probably taking a nap.

Since it’s already Freaky Friday, I added those Cuffs, Collars and Leashes I’ve been promising too.

These are cool cause I can make them in any color or hide you can dream of. So much of what’s out there is just black black and more black. I personally can’t wait to be outside in my bright pink collar combination but that’s just me 😜

Freaky Friday… Flogger Friday… Flower Friday… whatever you want it to be. Y’all have been asking for these for a while and in typical Lauren fashion I had to be extra with it and bring multiple options.

Patra is a where a bouquet meets a flogger. Each fall is covered with a hand crafted and painted floral to enhance the sensory experience.

Tara is the classic everyday genuine leather fall with a feel that you’re used to (or will be).

And finally, Nova is a nice intro into kink utilizing a soft velvety nubuck leather to work our way into the world.
