There is something really special about a room full of children, books, laughter, and people who genuinely care about this community. 💛

This week’s Storybook Saturday will feature the beloved story Abiyoyo read by the wonderful Jenny Todd — followed by a fun hands-on craft for the kids!

If you know Jenny, you already know why we are excited. She pours so much love into the families and children of Clare County every single day, and we are honored to have her spending her Saturday morning with us.

✨ STORYBOOK SATURDAY UPDATE ✨

Due to a last-minute scheduling change, our originally planned reader, Britani Hacker, will be rescheduled for a future Storybook Saturday — and we cannot wait to have her join us soon! 💛

In the meantime, we are SO excited to welcome ✨ Jenny Todd ✨ to Rooted Wildflower this Saturday, June 13 at 10 AM!

Jenny works in Early Childhood Services with Mid Michigan Community Action Agency and has spent years helping families throughout Clare County connect with important resources like WIC and Head Start. More importantly, she is one of those rare people whose kindness makes everyone around her feel seen and loved. 💕

Jenny will be reading Abiyoyo and leading a fun craft with the kids afterward! We are incredibly thankful she stepped in to help make this Saturday special.
