New Boutique rayon pants are olive green and have an elastic waist with ruffled detail. Flat front waist with four buttons that are decorative and not functional. Two pockets on the front and none on the back. Waste is elastic on back side. Waist measures 44 in on the 1X and 47 in on the 2X stretched. 29" inseam.
