Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we have the freedoms we enjoy every day, freedoms we often take for granted.
Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a time to reflect, to show gratitude, and to carry forward the legacy of those who never made it home. Behind every name is a story, a family, and a life given in selfless service.
As we spend time with loved ones, let us not forget the true meaning of this day. We remember the fallen. We honor their courage. And we commit to living in a way that respects the price they paid.
