BUSINESS FOR SALE! Due to health related problems , retirement will be soon for us. We are looking for an individual /company that would be interested in picking up where we are leaving! Chalkville Shoe Repair has been open in this location since 1994. It has supported our family and made hundreds of customer/friends along the way.
The current location is a leased building with water and electric included in the rent. Phone, trash pick up, supplies are owners responsibility. (list of those vendors are available) Business license and liability insurance are also buyers responsibility. Current customer base and all supplies in building are transferrable.
