Delaware State Police have arrested a 16-year-old male of Newark for receiving stolen property and related charges following a pursuit and carjacking, according to Public Information Officer, Senior Corporal Jason Hatchell. Hatchell said on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at approximately 3:15 p.m.
