This repair couldn’t be done on a machine.

The welt on this pair was so worn that the sole had to be hand stitched back on, one stitch at a time. What you’re seeing here is hours of careful work compressed into a short time-lapse.

When the structure of the boot needs to be rebuilt, the only real solution is patience, skill, and a needle and thread.
