UPDATE: The Pet Scan was cancelled twice because my blood sugar is going nuts with the cancer and they need it (my blood sugar) under 200.... I nearly starved myself and only had a very few carbs they told me I could eat and it was still 226... long story short... it was decided to do a bone scan and a chest, abdomen and pelvic scan instead with nuclear IV (so maybe I will glow in the dark LOL) The two scans are scheduled for the 25th of January. My surgery is set for the 5th of February... which happens to be my 9th anniversary of my open-heart surgery!
They are moving as fast as they can because the two types of cancer, I have this time are real aggressive. Please pray with us that neither have moved into other parts of my body. Thank you!

Four years ago, they thought they got all the cancer and I guess they did, however, I have two new cancers in my left breast. I will be having a pet scan on the 17th to see if my right breast also has tumors and if the cancers have spread as both are very aggressive. I will also see my Oncologist and surgeon the 17th. Prayers are much appreciated.

We will give updates as we learn more.

The Almighty is in charge always.
