Good morning from the boss. Joann is working today, so stop in and see her. I'm sorry we sold out of baked goods, my intent was to bake today before taking Frank to occupational therapy, but once again life kicked us down. Our home AC unit went out around 7pm last night, thank goodness Chapman came out today to diagnosis our problem. Turns out we need a new squirrel cage as they call it, it will be installed Friday evening he said, so with that being said, No baking today! Please stop in and say hello to Joann today, she needs the company!

The kitchen is finally closed tonight. I had some cakes to do, and the leftovers were turned into special treats. These are deviled food crumbled cakes, with a chocolate simple sugar syrup overlay, then a mocha icing. They will be at the store in the morning, along with oatmeal cream pies. We open at 10am!

Oatmeal cream pies are sold out, but will be stocked on Wednesday when we open again. We still have 1 package of cinnamon rolls, 5 single cup brownies with a variety of icing flavors. Stop in and see Jeri!
