Snakes + Acey's snakes + aceys is a local small business that strives to create unique, hand designed and printed ap everything we do is by our own two hands.

we design and print everything we sell — and we do mean everything. from bad idea, to crummy sketch, to questionable print — it's just us. we don't farm anything out to commercial printers or rely on clip art. hand drawn, hand screened, hand folded. so yeah, buy some stuff and we can afford heat next year.

A year ago today, The Immortality of Grief show opened at FIG / Future Ink Graphics . I was absolutely terrified to display the most vulnerable side of myself but watching and listening to everyone tell their stories and bond over all those we lost was magical. This show was so important for all those involved.

When you lose your person, you end up with two timelines: the before and the after.

I have struggled so much for the last two years trying to navigate this new timeline since I lost my gram.

After she passed, I started writing her notes and doodles on stationary, lists, and paper she had given me over the used. Legal pads, index cards, shopping lists, scraps of paper, etc.

These are some of those notes.
