👀 WE'RE HIRING! 🔥 Washington Design Co. is looking for an Experienced Screen Printer (not an entry level job) to join our crew in Clinton, WA. If you know your way around an automatic press, can dial in clean registration, and keep production moving without missing a beat — we want to talk! $25- $40/hour (will reevaluate after 30 days).

⚡ Before You Apply
Proven screen printing experience required
Strong knowledge of automatic press operation required
Experience with multiple ink systems required
M&R press experience is a plus
Inksoft Software is a plus

About the Role: Washington Design Co. in Clinton is looking for a skilled, reliable Screen Printer to join their growing team. Experience with eco-friendly and specialty inks is a plus. A solid role for an experienced printer ready to bring their skills to a team-oriented South Whidbey shop.

It’s officially **Discharge Week** here at Washington Design Co. 😅🎨

Before your brain goes anywhere weird… we’re talking about discharge printing.

Discharge printing is an eco-friendly screen printing method where we remove the dye from dark garments using a water-based ink, leaving behind a super soft, natural-looking print. Instead of stacking thick layers of ink on top of a shirt, discharge actually bleaches the dye out of the fabric and replaces it with color. The result?
