🚧 SHOP EXPANSION UNDERWAY 🚧

In 2024, Creative Couture 24 operated from a desk in a spare bedroom.

Today, we’ve grown into a multi-service production shop serving schools, businesses, teams, churches, and organizations throughout East Tennessee.

This week, we’re taking the next step.

Creative Couture 24 will be closed June 19–21 as we complete Phase 1 of our shop expansion project.

What started as a spare bedroom grew into a garage shop. This expansion will increase our production footprint by approximately 160 square feet, allowing us to create dedicated production zones for:

👕 DTF Printing

🎨 UV Printing & UV DTF

🔥 Sublimation

⚡ Laser Engraving

🖨️ 3D Printing

✂️ Vinyl Printing & Cutting

📦 Shipping, Fulfillment & Order Management

In addition to our existing 24-hour pickup locker system, we’ll also be adding an oversized pickup bin for larger customer orders.

Most people only see the finished product. They don’t see the late nights, equipment upgrades, lessons learned, and countless hours spent building something one step at a time.

We’re incredibly grateful for every customer who has trusted us with their business, team, school, or organization. Your support has made this growth possible.

Dragon Vision and WYSH have teamed up to form The Dragon Network!

The Dragon Network will bring all live coverage from athletic events, along with different stories throughout the year.

The new brand embraces both the visual and audio aspects and gives fans the opportunity to listen and watch the games through multiple outlets!

📢 Friendly Reminder from Creative Couture 24

To support our continued growth and improve our production space, we will be closed Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21 for a shop expansion project.

We will continue processing and completing orders through Thursday evening and will resume normal operations on Monday, June 22.

If you have any time-sensitive projects, upcoming events, team orders, or business branding needs, please reach out as soon as possible so we can ensure everything is completed before our temporary closure.

We have been incredibly busy over the last several weeks, and we appreciate the continued support from our customers, schools, teams, churches, and local businesses. This expansion will help us serve you even better moving forward.

We do not reproduce, print, or manufacture trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected artwork without authorization from the owner or an individual authorized to grant permission for its use.

This policy applies to all brands, businesses, schools, athletic programs, organizations, mascots, logos, and other protected intellectual property.

Please note that AI-generated artwork, Etsy purchases, downloaded graphics, and similar digital files do not automatically grant permission for commercial reproduction. While a customer may have permission to use artwork for personal use, that does not necessarily grant Creative Couture 24 the right to reproduce, manufacture, or sell transfers, apparel, promotional products, or other items containing protected names, logos, mascots, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

This policy also applies to artwork uploaded through our Gang Sheet Builder. If submitted artwork appears to contain protected intellectual property, we may request documentation verifying ownership or authorization prior to production. Customers will be given the opportunity to:
• Provide proof of authorization or licensing
• Replace the artwork with a non-protected design
• Remove the artwork from the order and receive a refund for the affected portion of the order

📅 Upcoming Dates to Remember

As Creative Couture 24 continues to grow, we wanted to share a couple of important upcoming dates with our customers.

🔨 Shop Expansion Closure
June 19th – June 21st
We will be closed while we complete an expansion of our workshop to add additional production space, a dedicated shipping station, and prepare for the arrival of our second embroidery machine. These upgrades will help us serve you faster and more efficiently in the months ahead.

🏖️ Family Vacation Closure
July 11th – July 19th
We will be taking a much-needed family vacation and will be unavailable during this time. We encourage customers with upcoming projects to place orders early to ensure completion before we leave.
