🌸Scalloped Set REFUND status🌸

I processed all of the refunds through Square (My Point of sale system) from Thursday to Saturday this past week- A majority of them processed on 6/16/26 and have already been deducted from my bank.

For these transactions- they will now process the deposit to your bank account. (It states that this could take 48 hours).

Based on this- I think most of the deposits should
Be back in your account by Friday of this week.

‼️Reminder: if invoice was paid with debit card it will be refunded back to the bank account for that card or if paid by a credit card it will credited back to your credit card balance.

After Friday of this week- any refunds that have not been received by either of the above methods- please send me a PM and I can research and reach out to Square for a status inquiry.

🔵UPDATE---GIRLS SCALLOPED SHORTS SET----

Unfortunately PayPal is still in the dispute stages with our vendor on the claim that we submitted for these sets at the end of April. The sets do not meet our expectations as far as higher end material and a few other specs from our purchase order that affected our selling price that we advertised.

At this time- It is no fault of our customers with the items received not being as expected and you should not have to have $$ tied up in a dispute that may not have our anticipated outcome. 😢 I was hoping we could have gotten replacements and this doesn't seem to be the case.

⭐️I will begin processing refunds for everyone and should have them all completed within the next 24 hours. Refunds should be processed and received on your end within 48 hours. If after this time, you do not receive yours or see it- please let me know and I can follow up. ⭐️

📍Once the claim has been resolved - we are not sure if the sets will be returned or ours to keep. If we do end up having to keep these- I will post "in real life" pictures and can offer anyone interested a very reduced rate📍

I apologize for this unfortunate outcome but we have definitely learned a valuable lesson when working with suppliers (for a large order like this) that are not in the USA- to ALWAYS require a sample be sent to us before we submit final payment!

We want to take a moment to update everyone regarding the recent preorder arrival for the scalloped short sets. After receiving the shipment, we were disappointed to find that the items did not fully meet the quality and appearance standards we expect for our customers or the expectations set when the preorder was originally posted.
Because of this, we have currently paused fulfillment while we work directly with the vendor to resolve the issue. We have officially disputed the order and were advised the resolution process may take approximately 7–14 days. We are hopeful to have a final answer very soon so we can provide everyone with a definite option for moving forward.
Our customers mean everything to us, and we would never feel right sending out products that we are not fully satisfied with ourselves. We believe in being honest and transparent, even when situations are outside of our control.
At this time, we are working toward the best possible solution, which may include:�• Offering customers the option to receive the item with a partial refund�OR�• Offering a full refund for those who no longer wish to receive the item.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this may cause. Thank you so much for your patience, grace, and continued support of our small business while we navigate this situation. We promise to continue keeping everyone updated throughout the process. 💓
