I get it- it’s easy to order from Amazon. It arrives within 48 hours, plenty of sizes, colors, and options in general…but the quality and cost per wear is lacking.

Sometimes wearing clothes “wrong” is the right way to go.

I love renting “formal” or even “business” attire and making it cool, casual, edgy, and fun. It’s not super difficult either.

Look at the items I paired with these skirts. Various shirts and shoes. That’s pretty much all you need to get started.

There’s definitely more detail I can add depending on the foundation I choose (denim jacket, statement necklace, neck scarf, pop of color clutch, a brooch, etc) but the basic concept is the same: take a formal piece and pair it with something “wrong” to make it look “right”.

It doesn’t always work with everything, but that’s the beauty of renting with .style I can try, wear, send back, and try something else! No regrets hanging out in my closet 🖤
