Beautiful Bride Ava

For Ava's gorgeous gown, we shortened the bodice, tightened the neck band, adjusted the bodice sides, hemmed the skirt, added a ballroom bustle, and gave it an aisle ready steaming.

Wanting to add a little extra sparkle to your wedding day look? A glitter veil is a great way to do just that!

This bride wanted to use an heirloom veil on her big day, but it needed a little extra pizzazz to be perfect for her. So we added a layer of glitter tulle to the veil and put it on a new comb. The perfect balance between modern and vintage!

For Amy's gorgeous gown I raised the shoulders, took in the princess seams, tightened the cuffs, hemmed the skirt, and added a bustle.

Getting the perfect fit on a simple gown can be alittle more complicated than one would think. One little stitch out of place can cause pull lines or ripples. If you are after that picture perfect look for your wedding gown, be sure to book with a bridal gown specialist!

If your wedding gown has lace at the bottom there is no need to worry about losing it in the hemming process. We can lift off all of that beautiful lace, shorten the skirt, and then stitch the lace back on the gown. And voila, your perfect dress is now the perfect length!

The alterations process isn't always pretty. From a bride's perspective, it might even be a little nerve-wracking. That is why you need an experienced bridal seamstress to give your wedding dress the perfect fit!

All those rhinestones on dresses are beautiful when they catch the light, but some of them have to come off during the alterations process.

To alter a gown like this, we have to heat the rhinestones, peel them off the ones that will be in the way of the sewing needle, do the actual alterations, and then glue the missing stones back on.

All of that work to make it look like nothing was done to the dress, but it is so worth it for the perfect fit!
