We started in 2019 with statement earrings and have now expanded into over a dozen necklaces made for mixing and layering. This week’s launch include a restock of hundreds of our most popular rings and a wide expansion into leather goods. We now have so many leather items that I think we can now say that Interwoven is more than just a jewelry brand. Slowly and surely over the years my dream of becoming an ethically sourced “Anthropologie” is becoming more of a reality.

This international women's day I wanted to highlight the story of how my friend, Gelila Shewaye, started her business Lila Products and how she continues to empower and encourage me while fighting for the women in her home town. Empowerment is a two way street and one of the most empowering experiences of my life has been leaning into the injustices faced by women across the globe and trying to right those wrongs. While it can feel like we have to be "fully empowered" to start something, empowerment is something found along the way, often bestowed from one woman to another.
Thank you for celebrating international women's day with us at Interwoven Collective and for linking arms with us to support our friends across the globe. We couldn't do this without you.
