This past Friday, a new customer walk in with this bider. He said he took his uniforms to another cleaners becouse they were cheaper than us. This is what he got. So now we have a new customer.

REMINDER
We have 3 back to back home games; Therefore, we're going to be super busy. We're letting everyone know that the deliverings might take 3 to 6 days. If any garnment has a grease, grass or other stain, that garnment is going to be delayed until we get the stain off. It might be 2 to 3 days. Moms that do laundry, you know some stain are hard to take off.
Now the volume of garnment for the following 3 weeks is going to be a big number. Their's about 2,400 cadets. That means, their's 2,400 shirts and 2,400, pants and 2,400 biders plus some green blazers. To these, we have to add our local customers; we're being honest and telling everyone to not to assume or expect to have uniforms ready in 2 to 3 days. This is why its very important that the cadet send the word START. If we're able to have the uniforms cleaned in 2 day's, they'll get a text the uniforms are ready. As the semester moves on, there will be less uniforms to get cleaned. Thank you for understanding.

Okay, We're explaining how the process of picking up/ delivering works. First, the cadet that opened the account has to text the word START (979) 596-6900. This is a AI number. If you send it to that number, theirs no confirmation you did. But once your clothes are ready, AI it's going to text you your order is ready. YOU DON'T TEXT OR CALL THIS NUMBER. THIS NUMBER IS AN AI NUMBER TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR CLOTHES ARE READY. For example, it will say Jot 59 your order 100122 is ready. THEN YOU TEXT THE FOLLOWING NUMBER (979) 575-5279 (cadets should have this number saved) to let us know your picking up. Just say I'm picking up order 100122 on Tuesday at 8:30. So now, we get all the orders ready the day before the delivery. For delivering, text us the day before the delivery. Do not text us after 6 PM. We work long hours and by the time we go home, we want to rest.
Do not text us at 10 PM, 11 PM, 12 PM or 4 AM, 5 Am, 6 AM and ask for delivering at 8:30. Remember, we do the deliverings schedule the day before the delivering and We're done by 6 PM. The times for pick up, it's the same time for
Delivery. Now, every cadet should of gotten a text with the procedures. If they don't understand, please text us and we'll explain the process. We have parents calling us asking for the pick up/ delivery times, and then later, we have to explain it to the cadet again; Therefore, let the cadet text us. Any situation or problem, we try to resolve it as quick as we can. Thank you'll and have a blessed day.

Yesterday, we had a frustrated cadet that went to the cleaners. As most of you'll know, I'm battling stage 4 canser; Therefore, I'm staing at home but my wife is in charge of the cleaners. My wife told me the cadet went to UDC to get some buttons put on a shirt. UDC refused to to it. They told him that he had to do it. From what I understand, for the past 36 years dealing with UDC, UDC has a seamstress to do alterations. My wife told the cadet to go back and tell them that if he puts the buttons and something happens to the garnment, he's not responsible for the garnment. That's what they want, any excuse so that the cadet has to pay for the shirt. What do you'll think about it? Feel free to repost to your social media. Don't be afraid, give us your experience with UDC. Now is the time to let everyone know what's been going on for years and years. This abuse has to stop.

This is to let you know how unprofessional and how UDC management don't care about the cadets. This shirt was brought to us with these stains. These stains are caused by the inside trimming of the pants. When the cadets wear these pants and they sweat a lot, the inside trim of the pants leaves the dark stains on the shirt and the pants. About 8 years ago, I brought it to the UDC management and they didn't do nothing about it. I told them we were getting a lot of shirts and pants with this stain. I also told them that when we press these pants, the steam makes the trim soft and it leaves an imprint in our pads and covers. That cost us around $20 per machine. Sometimes, we have to replace from 15 to 20 pads and covers in one week. The management at that time told me to charge extra to remove the stain. He said I don't care how much you charge. Cadets have to pay to get the uniforms cleaned. So here we are still dealing with these nonsense. All they have to do is change the suppliers or the pants. But they just won't do it. What do you'll think?

Do you see stains in this pants? This cadet had to pay for this pants becouse apparently we didn't clean them right. UDC employes are looking for any excuses so that cadets pay for items. My wife checked the pants and there was no stains. If you look closely, the pants yave a normal wear from the belt area. I was told by some new freshman that they were told by UDC employees not to take uniforms to Jot 59 becouse we loose items or we don't clean right. What these people don't understand is how hard we worked for yhe past 36 years. Regardless of what they say, we have a lot of loyal cadets. Some of these cadets, their parents were once our customers. Also, the fact of the matter is that we're been named " Best Cleaners" for the past 2 consecutive years. If these nonsense continues, We're are taking action. Look at the pants closely and tell me if they were ruin enough so that this cadet had to pay for it.
