Hoot's Furs Hoot's Furs was started in the spring of 1984 as Hoot's Trapping Supplies with lots of help from my dad Joe "Hoot" Gerling & my mom, Marilyn "Lynn" Gerling.

We started out just selling trapping supplies, but quickly became buyers of wild raw furs and dee Trapping Supplies and Handmade Fur Garments.
