We asked our team members what their ideal position would look like. Here are their answers!
Director of Administration
I am searching for a job specializing in Business and/or Accounting Management in Colorado Springs. I have experience in all areas including Payroll, A/P, A/R, Reconciliation and Analysis. I also have extensive experience for positions that include Office Management, Human Resources, and Customer Service Management.
Inventory and Logistics Manager
I’m looking for a position in the Supply Chain, preferably to do with Inventory Management, Inventory Analysis, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, or any combination of the above. I enjoy resolving numbers and making things as efficient and cost effective as possible. I’m open to relocating to Denver, staying in Colorado Springs, or anywhere in between.
Sewing Manager
I’m looking for a Sewing Management position in Colorado Springs where I can use my extensive experience working with a variety of sewing styles and fabrics to make a company successful. In addition to my ability as a bilingual Spanish/English interpreter, I bring knowledge of lean manufacturing that will be applied to sewing units faster and with better quality.
Quality Specialist
I’m looking for a position where my versatile understanding of Accounting, Quality Assurance, and even Inventory and can be applied. I have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in all areas of accounting including A/P, A/R, and Reconciliation. I bring a fantastic work ethic, exceptional consistency, and loyalty to the company I work for.
Warehouse Supervisor
I’m looking for a position where I can use my extensive warehouse experience to make a company successful. Precision shipping products, counting inventories, and organizing a warehouse for clean and efficient flow is where I excel. My first choice is in Colorado Springs, but if the right opportunity were to come along, I’d be open to relocation nationally.
Director of Operations
My ideal job would provide me with new challenges where I can utilize my experience in operations management and strategic planning. I enjoy leading a team towards a common goal of efficiency and profitability. I’m looking to find a position in Canon City, Colorado Springs or Pueblo.
Sewing Team: We have four sewing operators looking for a positions in production sewing. All have Lean Manufacturing Training and are skilled on several commercial machines including single needle, sergers, button hole machines and cover stitch. Two are experienced commercial cutters, and all have experience in machine maintenance and simple mechanical repairs.
