Permanent Jewelry Policy for Hello Hadley Jane
✨ All Sales Are Final
All permanent jewelry is custom fit and welded. No refunds or exchanges.
✨ Custom Fit & Responsibility
We are not responsible for breakage, loss, stretching, or damage once your jewelry leaves the salon or event.
✨ Tarnishing & Care
We use high quality materials, however we cannot guarantee how your jewelry will wear over time.
Body chemistry, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, and daily activities may affect your piece, including tarnishing.
✨ Breakage Policy
If your jewelry comes off within 7 days, we will re-weld it at no charge (chain must be intact).
After 7 days, a re-weld fee will apply.
✨ Removal
Jewelry can be cut at the jump ring if needed and re-welded later for a small fee.
✨ Safety Notice
Not recommended for clients with pacemakers or certain medical conditions.
Metal sensitivities may vary.
