Employee Spotlight: Karen Hay
Some people come and go.
Others become part of the foundation.
Meet **Karen Hay**, Assistant Production Manager.
Karen joined Dublin Cleaners on **September 18, 1987** because she “wanted a new car.” Nearly 40 years later, she’s helped shape the company through decades of change.
She started as a CSR at Linworth and worked her way through nearly every part of production — shirts, dry cleaning, pants, household items, inspecting, maintenance, and leadership.
One moment she’ll never forget?
Temporarily fixing the bagger machine with a piece of foil so customer orders could still go out on time.
After recently losing her husband, Karen shared that her Dublin Cleaners family has been incredibly caring and supportive through it all.
She loves animals, handmade gifts, meeting new people, and has watched Dublin Cleaners evolve from handwritten invoices and manual sorting to computers and automated systems.
To Karen, Dublin Cleaners means:
