Unworn items are accepted for return within 24 hours of purchase and you will be issued a Credit. Items that personalized with your name or initails cannot be returned unless of error on my part. There will be no refunds for any specialty item or color, which includes printed pattern vinyl and glitter. Items that are not cared for properly will not be exchanged or refunded. Please see how to care for your itemse section below. No cash, credit/debit card, or Paypal refunds are given. Shipping Information-
Shipping is only available to the United States. All invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment. Please allow 2- 4 days processing before your order ships, along with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping starts at $2.25 with an additional $0.25 per additional item. Turn Around Time (Order Processing)-
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. It will usually take far less than this amount of time; I get MANY orders a week and try to have them to you in a timely manner. If your item needs to be special ordered, please allow an additional 3 business days for ordering and shipping of your custom supplies. A $10 Rush Fee will be added to all apparel needed the next day and a $5 Rush Fee will be added to orders needed within 3 days. Please place your order before you need your item! How to care for your vinyl-
Outdoor vinyl generally needs no care. Weather will fade the color of the decal over a period of time. I use 8 to 10 year outdoor vinyl. Indoor vinyl can be wiped with a lent free cloth. Do not put tumblers with vinyl in the dishwasher. Hand wash only. Apparel with vinyl needs to be washed with cold water inside out. Dryer is not recommended for any vinyl. If need be, inside out on low or no heat tumble dry. I do not guarantee any specialty vinyl which includes printed or glitter vinyl or layered vinyl. THANK YOU-
