1st part done! I used box cake but found an article that has you replace a few ingredients to make it more like bakery cake. Made Cream cheese frosting....so far so good! 1st time using this recipe switch and making frosting like that. I tasted a little (don't want my sugar to get too high, so just a little!) and had the hubs taste since the frosting recipe varied depending on what post you read, my kid doesn't love overly sweet so I think she's gonna like this one! Cakes are cooling, I'll do the crumb coat tonight then fridge it til I get off work....then decorate!!!!

Been struggling this past week with a bad flare but dealing with it like a fu*kin champ! Lol! Almost 2 years free from narcotic pain meds, pain is still there but I'm more me and present. Chronic pain is a bitch but we got this! Beautiful day out, went to the park with the kids, made a couple necklaces yesterday (I'll post a bit later) Here's some stones I have planned to get started this week! Getting ready to make a 3 their chocolate cake with homemade buttercream frosting for my oldest! 21 tomorrow!!! I'll post pics of how it turns out🤞 Lol! Remember, no matter what we are struggling with right now, we can get through it, we are important and we are loved! Love and light y'all 😘😘😘😘

Things have been so crazy and stressful and happy and amazing! Lol! 7 days til we get the keys to our 1st house (a rental but still a damn house! Lol), been working crazy hours and still have to pack all my business stuff! Lol! Set your own intensions guys, stop waiting for life to change and change it yourself. When the stress of life gets the better of you, take a moment, look up and soak in the beauty of nature. Breath deep and remember what your working so hard for! The one thing missing is my mom being here for this. Before she passed I told her all the things I've been working on, my credit, my business, plans to expand, trying to get a house, my husband working his ass off too....and for the 1st time in my adult life she told me she was proud of me, proud of us. I literally cried when I got off the phone with her. I've tried so hard all these years and have failed so many times....until I said I know we can do this. We will do this. And we are doing this. I'm proud of us too, just sad you won't be here to see how far we go!
