Position: Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY
Offer superior service to customers while responding to their inquiries and questions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person, receive orders, and handle customer inquiries.
• Entering of quotes, sales orders, and other information into QuickBooks software.
• Track orders through the production process to ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate quotes and delivery dates.
• Coordinate communication between Management, Production Department, and Sales Department regarding identified accounts.
• Conduct market research.
• Maintain products and prices on e-commerce website.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with QuickBooks. Ability to effectively communicate with customers. Ability to work as a team. Possess the desire to learn and grow professionally.
