Royally Fluffed Custom made extra fluffy no sew tutu's from scratch. I will create any Tutu you come up with in any size, from newborn to Adult! Up to six colors can be used.

They are super fun for parties, costumes, concerts, dress up, or any other special occasion. Choose from a variety of accent patterns and glitter colors to add an extra special touch. Custom made tutu can be fully customized to your desires. Comes with a matching headband or hair bow, your choice. Bows, ribbons, rhinestones, pearls, etc basically anytype of embelishments can be added. We ship across the U.S. as well as deliver locally.
