MHL trademark

I’ve been through a lot of trials and tribulations. I created a logo that resembles the NBA logo that represents for the Bagger lifestyle . That design was created 14 years ago for a transition for the DVD .. I had made a commitment to stop selling drugs and didn’t want to go get a job , So I sat and thought hard while watching one of the Ransom TV DVDs I just edited . And said I’m gonna make a shirt with this design .. I went and bought a 4 color 1 station silk screen machine and a flash dryer. I printed up my first shirt . I had $200 to my name. I went and bought some black shirts and printed them up and went to Fresno Halfway run with $75 to my name . I hit Fresno and bought a shirt and brought make 20 people to buy one . I had sold out in literally minutes . At this time I had reverted to the street life because I wasn’t patient enough to make the money honest and I needed some fast money cuz the legal way wasn’t getting bills paid fast enough and I would end up spending my shirt money up . Back n forth to jail a few times . But not realizing that would become a common brand in the world of motorcycling . I continued making videos as the dvd era dies out and YouTube and Instagram began to take over . I came back hard and reintroduced the brand in 2022 with not only new styles of apparel but more videos of myself not only behind the camera but in front of the camera riding my motorcycle . I knew that the brand had to be more than just apparel when my whole lifestyle had totally Converted and revolving around “MOTORCYCLING” . At some point I knew that I had to something even bigger and better because my style , my designs and image was being duplicated . I would complain.. .key2.0 said to get a trademark and you can fight back with lawyers and not Instagram post.. I took the advice and made the moves to protect my brand and to create something to leave for my children . I want to thank everyone who has supported , everyone who still supports and ALL THE HATERS as well. Yall were the motivation too!!
