Wow I know I haven't posted in awhile but for those that don't know what has been going on the last little bit I'll explain! My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for a couple years now and our journey is by no means over, but we have just started a brand new chapter! On March 27th we started our process to become Foster Parents! We went to classes every week for about 13 week. Within those 13 weeks we were filling out paperwork, preparing for home studies, and making sure we had everything ready. On July 17th we signed our completed application to be submitted to the state. After waiting 14 days we got the call on Saturday August 4th that there were no questions asked and we had been approved!!!! Since then we have already had some kiddos stay with us and we enjoyed every second!!! I'm still crocheting during my free time, making some blankets and gifts for family and friends. I will be adding more items to etsy so be on the lookout!

I did something I haven't ever done before and I entered some of my items into the Hickory Fair! All 3 items entered got a BLUE RIBBON! I was very proud with it being my first time!!!

Thanks so much to all our friends and family for supporting us throughout this journey! More is definitely to come!!!

I have been in the process of making a baby blanket (more like twin size) for a good friend of mine and haven't made many new items. But I did happen to try making little baby overalls and I think I nailed it!! They were practice for items to come!! Stay tuned!!
