The xTool Omni UV printer helped complete our business.
We recently finished a full branding package for a local electrician, Mathis Electric. There are only two of us at YOENSO, but between the xTool Apparel Printer and the Omni UV, we’re able to offer a surprisingly complete branding package to another small business.
For this project, we created the logo, website, apparel, magnets, tumblers, window decals, and other branded materials needed to help launch the company.
Before the Omni, we could already handle the logo, website and apparel. Adding a UV printer opened up an entirely different category of products.
In this video, we’re taking a look at the finished package and how we used the xTool Omni UV to produce the tumblers and decals - plus other pieces that helped round everything out.
One important software note: an xTool software update released today changed the workflow for repeating a completed tumbler print. Previously, we could immediately reprint the same job. After the update, we now have to hit Finish → Process → wait for the image to load → Print → confirm that the size is the same before starting the next tumbler. It’s still repeatable, but it adds extra steps when you’re producing a batch of identical items. Hopefully xTool restores a faster repeat-print workflow in a future update.
For us, that’s really the story of the Omni.
The xTool Apparel Printer handles one side of the business, and the xTool Omni UV fills in many of the gaps around it. Together, they give our two-person company the ability to help another small business go from an idea to something that actually looks and feels established.
When the owner saw everything together for the first time, he summed it up better than we could:
“I accidentally fell into legitimacy.”
That’s exactly what we want to help businesses do.
