It’s a bittersweet day for QSA Boutique as we share some news with all of our most loyal customers, friends, family and fans. We have decided to close our virtual and physical doors the end of this month. We knew when we joined forces that our worlds would not slow down and only get busier. We knew it would be hard work, funky hours, full of struggle, but also packed with reward…and we knew that there was bound to be a lot we just wouldn’t know at all until we tried.
We all still remember our very first online sale as we hit “publish” on our website and how our jaws hit the floor one-by-one the second it happened (thank you Kass McClellan)! We remember opening Dad’s trailer doors to setup for a pop-up one evening, only to see every single rack had collapsed in route leaving every piece of inventory on the floor and many off the hangers. We’ve laughed so hard until we cried, and we’ve also just straight-up cried…but Q, S and A are coming out of this venture just as we entered – three hot mess express moms who love our families and each other like crazy.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you who stormed our doors at each and every pop-up hosted. It’s customers like you that kept us going as long as we did (and the margaritas dry within the first 20 minutes of the ladies night sale 😉). We truly enjoyed every single laugh and experience we were fortunate enough to share with you along the way! Our QSA community is one full of strong, uplifting, hilarious, poised and supportive women, and we can’t thank you enough for riding along with us these past two years! Please keep that unrelenting confidence in everything you do, and everything you wear – because damn it, you’re gorgeous (and no, you’re not “too old to wear that!”)!
Finally, thanks to our Mom and Dad (Dawn Cady and Mark Eischeid) for being our “roadies” hauling inventory north, south, east, and west and letting us crash your coffee shop for pop-ups…and of course to our husband/families for putting up with all the above. We’re truly blessed beyond measure. This season of our lives is a time we will cherish forever, but we know in our hearts that even better seasons are inevitably before us and our families.
