Psoriasis journey
Not everyday is as bad. Some days are better than others. Just like it is always in life some days will be better than others. Today is one of those days where the psoriasis is really bad but it is mainly redness, pain, itch, red patches, plaque flaky patches and fever. Autoimmune diseases with just 1 thing can make you feel many more. When soaking plaque patches are removed.
However, you must go on and live and enjoy life. Was in the pool last night and off course the chlorine water can be brutal, but psoriasis should never stop you from enjoying life. Love the skin you're in. Be happy and enjoy yourself.

When you decide to go for a tortilla instead of bread and end up with a full pocket. 😂
Just in case you get hungry from looking at it.

Ingredients:
1 big tortilla, ham or turkey or chicken cold cut, avocado 🥑, bacon 🥓, cheese 🧀, 1 egg 🍳, lettuce🥬, tomato🍅
Heat up tortilla and add ingredients, make pocket and heat up again to seal if like.
Enjoy!
