We are closing Gracefully Threaded Co. We are sorry for the non responsiveness. We will not attempt any excuses.
Our TAT has grown very unintentionally over time. Despite efforts, we have been unable to recover. There have been canceled orders, packages stuck at customs, inaccurate orders we have received, TAT from our suppliers that were not what we expected.
Our focus has shifted entirely to managing refunds. We want to make sure that no refunds are missed. If you have an unfulfilled order, please comment below simply with a screenshot of your invoice. Please do not comment anything other than invoice information so we can keep this thread as organized as possible. We are aware of your frustration, the unanswered messages, and the disappointment. We take full responsibility and sincerely apologize to everyone this has affected.
Moving forward, we will create a schedule of issuing refunds week to week, out of our personal funds. We know that some of you may choose to file claims and we completely understand.
A large portion of our funds are tied up in wholesale orders that ultimately never arrived or are still beyond TAT. This has largely contributed to the situation we are in. While that isn’t being used as an excuse, this is simply transparency.
