After customizing the shirt, I recommend washin

g in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry. This is because heat alters the adhesiveness of the special backing. You will find it comes off if put in a warm dryer. Due to the personalized nature of the items sold, I do not accept returns. Please let me know if there is problem with your order immediately.
