“Wait… are you Liz or Mel?” 🤭

I get asked this all the time! Since we’ve had so many new friends join our community lately, I thought it was the perfect time to introduce myself. 🥹💕

Hi, I’m Sarah Lizette, the owner of Liz & Mel Boutique! 👋🏼

So where did the name come from?

✨ Liz is from my middle name, Lizette.
✨ Mel is from my mom’s name, Imelda.

My mom and I spent countless hours shopping together while I was growing up. We never needed a reason—we’d always find one! 😂 Those shopping trips became some of my favorite memories, and when it came time to name my boutique, I knew I wanted it to honor the woman who first inspired my love for fashion.

A little about me…
🤍 I’ve been married to my amazing husband, Jacob, for almost 8 years.
👦 I’m a proud mama to two sweet boys, Ryan and Caleb.
📚 I’m a public school educator.
👗 If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I rarely pass up an excuse to wear a dress and heels—even during pregnancy! 😂
💕 I love spending quality time with family and friends, meeting new people, and encouraging women.

✝️ I love Jesus. My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and I know none of this would be possible without Him.

Liz & Mel Boutique is an online boutique based in Corpus Christi, Texas. I run it from home, host shopping parties throughout the year, attend local markets, and offer local pickup, delivery (when available), and shipping.

Every order, share, comment, and recommendation helps bring me one step closer to my biggest dream: opening a brick-and-mortar boutique where women can shop, feel confident, and leave encouraged. 💖
