Get a basket 🧺 to keep in or near your closet.

🥈2nd
Start shopping from the back of your closet every day.

If you put something on and it doesn’t make you feel good or you don’t like it for any reason, Do Not hang it back up. Instead put it in your basket 🧺

When you have a full basket 🧺 and you are in the right mindset revisit your basket.

If you still don’t like that garment put it in a box 📦 for donation.

There are some great places to donate. I personally take a lot of things to The Purple Door on Alameda. It might just turn out to be someone else’s favorite new outfit.

Before you know it you will have room to see what you have and what you feel good in because clothes should make you feel good!!!
