A Perfect Silhouette Book a fitting: https://apscalendar.setmore.com/masterfit WHY WE EXIST: We believe size should not define you in your under and outer fashion and style.

I teach women how to understand their fit so they can stop blaming their bodies, through structured assessments and knowledge sharing, not just what a tag says. OUR MISSION: Is to impact and make a difference in the undergarment industry by educating and offering quality garments to Curvy and Plus Size Women

OUR VISION: To help develop self-confident, stylish, full cup and full-figured women from

all walks of life. Have an impact on personal self-discovery, and give an opportunity to women who have settled for any garment that would fit to fitting the garments made for your specific body type and style. This is why A Perfect Silhouette exists! WHO ARE WE: We really are our sister’s keeper! The full-figured world and sizing restraint have been experienced by me personally. I know the feeling of a shopping episode, walking in and walking out with nothing in my bag because my size is not considered. WHAT WE DO: We provide intimate apparel styles and sizes that are not normally carried in a mainstream store. We take the shopping experience to a different level by offering the feeling of “Beauty from Within” We show you how to feel “Whole” again. Those who feel the same passion we invite you to spend some time with us! WHY WE DO IT: We feel it's our obligation to share our experience, knowledge and the impact the garments and self-discovery have had on our lives. Add to this the gift of referring a business that can change the individual’s self-esteem and build confidence. When you feel good on the inside the glow will show on the outside. I believe it's time to prove there can be a business that cares for people and respect them regardless of their size and core values in life.

WHAT 18 YEARS TAUGHT ME…
Knowing Your Size Isn't the Same as Knowing Your Fit

This photo was taken 10 years ago while I was working with a client.

A lot has changed since then but one thing experience has made even clearer:

Knowing your bra size is useful. Knowing how a bra should fit YOUR body is something different.

All week we've talked about looking beyond the measuring tape.

So here's my question:

When was the last time your fit was actually assessed?

Bodies change. Breast tissue changes. Our needs change.

If something doesn't feel quite right anymore, stop guessing or buying another bra hoping this one will work.

Start with an assessment.

WHAT 18 YEARS TAUGHT ME…
About Measuring

A measuring tape gives us numbers.

But after 18 years of fitting women, I've learned that there's much more to a woman's dynamics and proper fit than measurements alone.

Let me explain what I mean.

Have you ever had a fitting that went beyond the measuring tape?

WHAT 18 YEARS TAUGHT ME…
About Measuring

If two women measure the exact same bra size. should they automatically wear the same bra?

That’s what I did years ago. I placed much more weight on the numbers.

But 18 years of fitting real women taught me something a measuring tape can't tell me.

Where do you carry your fullness?
What’s the shape of your breast tissue? Distribution?

How does the bra actually sit on your body? And what do you need your bra to do?

The numbers give me information.
The woman gives me the whole story.

That's why today, I don't simply measure.

I listen. I observe. Then I fit.

Think about your last bra fitting:
Were you simply measured—or were you actually assessed?

Shapewear: Smaller Isn't Necessarily Smoother

DID YOU KNOW?

Buying shapewear “one size smaller”doesn't necessarily give you more control.

It can actually create:

Rolling.
Pinching.
Bulging.
Uncomfortable compression.

The goal isn't to squeeze your body into submission.

Correct size + the right level of compression + the right garment for the job.

That's where shaping begins.

Sports Bras Aren't All Doing the Same Job

DID YOU KNOW?

A sports bra for walking doesn't necessarily need to perform the same job as one for running, jumping or high-impact exercise.

And simply making a sports bra tighter doesn't automatically create better support.

Your activity matters., Your body matters. The construction matters.

Your sports bra should match what you're asking your body to do.

Wireless Doesn't Mean Unsupported

DID YOU KNOW?

WIRELESS does not automatically mean UNSUPPORTED.

And underwire does not automatically mean better support.

The real question is:

How is the bra constructed?

Band. Cups. Seams. Fabric. Structure.

Don't judge support by the wire or lack of a wire.

Fuller Bust + Strapless

DID YOU KNOW?

Having a fuller bust does NOT automatically mean you can't wear a strapless bra.

The question isn't simply:
Will it stay up?

The better question is:

Does it have the structure my body needs?

Sometimes strapless isn't the problem.
The wrong strapless bra is.

Your Size Can Be Right and Your Bra Can Still Be Wrong

DID YOU KNOW?

Your bra size can be right...and the bra can still be wrong.

Two women wearing the same size may need completely different cup construction, strap placement and support.

Size is where we start.
Your body tells us what to look for.

Have you ever tried two bras in the same size and wondered why one worked and the other didn't?
