Mid-City Shoe Repair will now be accepting mail in orders for repair! If you live far away from Cortland, we’re happy to service your needs from a far! 📦

You can send your items in for repair in 3 easy steps.

1. 📞) Send a message through the Facebook Messenger app or a text to (607)345-0729 describing the condition of your item and the requested repair.

2.📥) Once we assess the damage and quote a price you can then send your shoes/ requested items in the mail to the following address:

3.📤) We will coordinate the status of the repairs with your preferred communication method (Text, call, or Facebook messenger.) Once the repair is finished we will ship your items back to you, while all in the comfort of your own home.
