Today my best girl stood in for me at the Saluki Women’s Weekend Philanthropy Luncheon.

I received the 2026 Empower her grant for doing cool things with my business this year.

I couldn’t attend as I had a full day of patients that I didn’t have the heart to cancel, so my baby sister said, “Girls day out? They are going to feed me? Of course I’ll accept!”

So today my sister Pegan and her daughter Willa accepted the grant I received with love and honor.

They are kind of like that, full of love and honor.
