Praying for all our fellow business owners.

As of today, Monday, August 28, 2023, Washington Street and Reynolds Street are now completely open at the southwest corner of downtown Covington. Monticello Street and Hendricks Street are still closed to traffic, and the sidewalks on the west side of Monticello Street and east side of Hendricks Street are closed to pedestrian traffic. Please do not cross the taped off areas or barricades. Businesses on the east side of Monticello Street are OPEN during their normal business hours. As buildings are assessed, changes to the closures will evolve but safety is a priority.

Below is a list of the businesses impacted by the fire, some with a total loss of space and product while others have losses due to water and/or smoke damage.

Kayla and I would like to thank all of you who texted and called about our store. We ask that you pray for the owners and workers of the stores around us who suffered fire damage. We have smoke damage and do not know the extent of our loss. We will be not be able to go into the building until it is deemed safe. We love you all. We will update you as we receive news.
