Hey families and friends in Rockdale and neighboring communities. We are receiving limited information from the leadership in our area about what toxins were released from the fire. This leaves us with more fears and questions. At a recent meeting I brought up possible suggestions about what we can do to be proactive in maintaining our own health.

Suggestions given:

Get your blood tested
If you feel ill or some dis-ease, go to the doctor.
Use Mullein Leaf for your lungs (drops ar easy to digest)
Oil of oregano to clean your blood.
Get the right mask if you are out and about

Guess who wrote a new book? Me!! I am so excited I can't stand it😁

As you may already know, my love for the youth and community runs as deep as my love of creative writing. It brings me joy to announce that I have been working on the project 'I AM MIA' and my Kickstarter campaign is no Live for donations.

I AM MIA is a story about a young girl who cheats death and survives abandonment as a baby born addicted. The main character, Mia, learns to navigate life all while getting to know the supernatural powers that have come as a surprise to her and her newly adopted family.
