Hello everyone. Im stopping by with a quick update. There hasn't been very many posts as I have been in nursing
school. My hours are down and custom work is nolonger available as it already extends to the summer of 2022. Meanders are 4 weeks and edge to edge designs are already booked through Christmas. Let me know if I can be of service to you. Thanks so much! I also may take a touch longer to get back to you. Between school and clinical, my phone is off often and sometimes I forget to turn it back on while studying. I'm human and doing the best I can.

This Circles and Crosses quilt was made by an unidentified maker, probably in Colorado, circa 1890-1900. It is hand-pieced and -quilted.

This quilt is now showing at the International Quilt Museum in “Abstract Design in American Quilts at 50.”

I'm a few days late on National Quilting day, but I spent it visiting my middle daughter at her soriety's parents day and had a blast. My hexagon hand work did make it to the trip, but not one stitch was done. I did, get another flower complete by the end of the day and I am slowly growing my garden. Im am still working on feeling better, but I'm getting there and am hopeful to get back into the studio full time soon. Thanks for all the patience. I came across this and just had to share. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

In our next Virtual National Quilting Day lecture, Curator of International Collections Marin Hanson discusses three exhibits now (or soon-to-be) showing at ...
