Sorry to everyone that has emailed or sent messages the past couple of weeks. Apparently Office 365 requires a new authenticator app and completely stopped sending new email notification and I never saw them on my phone. I just logged in on the computer and now I am triple authenticated. After I send my DNA to Facebook and get the stool sample sent to Microsoft, Ill start replying to emails.

🚨UPDATE: We’re now at a 4–6 week lead time.

Apparently, y’all really like our gear… because the orders haven’t stopped (seriously, send help).

So if your duty belt feels empty, hang tight. Quality takes time—and we’re cranking it out as fast as humanly possible.

Well, yall are killing me. I worked hard to get my lead time down and yall tripled my orders the past 2 months. I appreciate everyone that stuck with me. Unfortunately, I am getting hammered with people that don't get their order in 2-3 days, so they file a PayPal complaint or credit card chargeback. I'm not Amazon Prime. Also, putting things in the order notes like, "Expedite this immediately as I need it now" does not put you at the top cause you said so. Sorry.

We finally have power!!!! A week without power has put me a little behind. If you got a tracking number and haven't seen movement, its because I kept the packages so they wouldn't get lost in the aftermath of the storm. Ours and several other local post offices still don't have power. Once they are operational the packages will be dropped off.
